- Custom or Personalized Items: If your order includes custom or personalized retro kits, please allow additional processing time. Specific timelines will be indicated on the product page or communicated via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods and costs will be displayed during checkout, based on your location and order details.

3. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
- Delivery Times: Vary by destination and selected shipping method. International orders may take 7–14 Days due to customs processing and local postal delays.
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchase.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
- Tracking Updates: It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- No Tracking?: Some shipping methods, especially lower-cost international options, may not provide detailed tracking information. If you require detailed tracking, choose an option that explicitly states tracking is included.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipment: We can reship the package, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
- Refunds: If you choose to cancel the order instead, we will refund the cost of the product(s) only (excluding any shipping fees already incurred).
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace or refund the damaged items as appropriate.
- Missing Items: In the rare event an item is missing from your package, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
