1. Returns
a. Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or Personalized Products: Items with custom prints, names, or numbers may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased at a discount or on clearance may be final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, items such as socks or underlayers (if you sell them) are typically non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Await Authorization
- We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may be refused.

Packaging
- Repack your item securely in the original packaging or similar protective material to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
3. Exchanges
- Size or Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a new order if stock is available.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
a. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
b. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Still No Refund?: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@retrofootkits.com.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund if it was paid by us for any reason.
6. Cancellations

- Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
